$75k Signing Bonus! Ob/Gyn Opportunity in Sunny Florida. Advent Health Ocala, a 385‑bed non‑profit community hospital, is looking for a BC/BE Ob/Gyn to grow its program. The position is day‑one busy and requires minimally invasive gynecological surgery skills, including laparoscopy for endometriosis, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation and uterine fibroid surgery.

• Perform minimally invasive gynecological surgery including laparoscopy for endometriosis, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation and uterine fibroid surgery.
• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in a collaborative setting with midwives, MFM, OB hospitalists, and 24‑hour laborist backup.
• Operate in a 2 dedicated OR suites, 8 labor rooms, 12‑bed Level II NICU environment with 24/7 in‑house anesthesia coverage.
