BC/BE Pediatrician to join our growing Graduate Medical Education Team at Advent Health Ocala, a 385‑bed hospital in central Florida. The program started in July 2025 with eight residents per year. Our team currently includes an experienced Program Director, an Assistant Program Director, and three Core Family Medicine Faculty, plus well‑trained, dedicated clinical staff. We are looking for a Pediatrician who wishes to be part of a growing program, has a passion for medical education, and will prioritize collaboration, quality of care, and the patient and resident experience.

• Full time. Split schedule of resident supervision, personal clinical work, and administrative time.
• Work with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching.
• Serve as a member of the program evaluation committee and clinical competency committee.
• Perform additional academic and clinical duties as assigned by the Program Director.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Model professionalism for residents, medical students, and clinical staff.
• Possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the EPIC EMR.

Faculty Responsibilities. Faculty will be responsible for administering and maintaining an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas. Equivalent educational qualifications may be acceptable by the FM Review Committee of the ACGME.
