We are seeking an ObGyn Physician for Advent Health West Florida located in Ocala, FL. The position offers a competitive base salary, a $75k signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care, including high‑volume deliveries (2,400+ annually).
• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries such as laparoscopy for endometriosis, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation and uterine fibroid surgery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of midwives, MFM & OB hospitalists.
• Participate in weekly conferences and quality improvement initiatives.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Medical degree with US residency or other acceptable training; current US work visa.
• Experience in a high‑volume obstetric practice preferred.

• 2 dedicated OR suites, 8 labor rooms, 12‑bed Level II NICU.
• 24‑hour laborist backup.
• Dedicated gynecologic surgical techs and OB nursing staff.
• 24/7 in‑house anesthesia coverage.
• New outpatient office building (opened June 2025).
• Robotic surgery available (not required).
