Envision Physician Services has an immediate need for a CRNA to join the established Anesthesia Care Team at the TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center in Lady Lake, Florida. While ideally seeking full‑time candidates, CRNAs interested in working part‑time or per diem may also be considered. This state‑of‑the‑art, dynamic practice offers the highest of quality patient care and a great work environment.

• Competitive compensation based on experience including start‑date bonus, retention bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance and generous PTO
• Collaborative Team Model of 1 Anesthesiologist and 3 Anesthetists with 3 ORs
• Cases are primarily "Bread & Butter" including Plastics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, and ophthalmology
• Great schedule of 5, 8s with approx. 8 weeks paid time off
