OverviewYour Role:
Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
- Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate.
The hours for this position are:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:45 AM–5:15 PM
- Friday: 8:45 AM–5:15 PM / 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM Alternating
- Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (1-2 per month)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience.
- 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.

$35,500.00 - $40,000.00 Salary
