- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Possess an outgoing personality; be the first contact with phone and carryout customers, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Stand for long periods of time; tasks performed from a standing position with no chairs.
