Builders First Source - Ocala FL Yard - 3010 NE 24th St [Customer Service Representative] As a Field Services Representative at Builders First Source, you'll:
Address construction service and product issues at the customers site in order to ensure that customer complaints regarding the quality and reliability are resolved;
Investigate/examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customers site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer;
Recommend replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.
