Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala is seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team in Ocala, FL. The Shop Foreman will oversee daily operations within the service department, ensuring high-quality workmanship, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve department goals.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians and support staff.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain efficient workflow by prioritizing tasks and managing shop schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Conduct training and development sessions for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Enforce company policies and procedures within the service department.
• Collaborate with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in an automotive service environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety standards.
• Reynolds and Reynolds and Ford experience preferred.
