Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Meadowbrook Church has an immediate opening for a full-time (40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday), Guest Experience Admin Assistant. Applicants should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church, possess excellent administrative skills, as well as experience in computer operations and database management. The ability to understand the importance of confidentiality is key and of the utmost importance, especially when it comes to sensitive information that may be related to the well‑being of others.
Commitment to delivering excellent results in all areas of responsibilities is required.

- Coordinated with the Guest Experience Director.
- Sunday 7:00am – 2:00pm. Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Must be willing to adapt schedule to work some nights and longer days in busy seasons, and all‑staff events including Heart of a Woman, Men’s Night, etc.
- As a member of the Meadowbrook Church Guest Experience team, you play a vital role in supporting Guest Experience both during the week and service times. You will work with others who are committed to fostering a welcoming experience for our church families and first‑time guests, helping people move from where they are to where God wants them to be.
- Excellent phone and communication abilities for conducting follow‑up calls and communicating with guests.
- High level of proficiency in all elements of Microsoft Office 365, Church Community Builders, and any other software used in support of staff operations.
- Navigating the process of the Guest Experience, follow ups, and new volunteer placement.
- Confer with other staff members where common knowledge and inputs are beneficial for harmonious relationships and work efficiency.
- Work completed on time with little or no supervision.
- Have a heart to serve both the team and the congregation.
