We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accounting Controller to oversee the companys accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in supporting management through financial oversight, analysis, and regulatory compliance.

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Paycom, including wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger
• Support month-end/year-end close and audits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Prepare payroll tax filings, reports, and year-end documents (W-2s)
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to leadership

• 5+ years of accounting experience with payroll oversight
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and payroll compliance
• Experience with Paycom (preferred) and Quick Books
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
