Average pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

• Operating dry van trailers with 100% no‑touch freight.
• Driving within all 48 states.
• Adhering to the Team Pet Policy if traveling with a pet.

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly paychecks.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
