Business Development Manager; m|f|d In-Mould Labels

In-Mould Label decoration is shaping the future of sustainable and cost-efficient packaging. To further expand our market position in the DACH region, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our dynamic team and drive growth across this innovative segment.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with key customers, and representing CCL Label’s In-Mould Label solutions in the DACH region.
Your focus: transforming packaging visions into impactful, future-ready solutions.

• Identify and develop new business in the IML and packaging injection moulding market.
• Consult and support customers from first idea to implementation – combining technical၉ expertise and application know‑how.
• Manage and expand relationships with converters, brand owners, and technology partners.
• Collaborate closely with our production sites and the global F&B network to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Observe market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
