Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

• Hourly Rate: $14 - $27 per hour (or greater than the required minimum wage for the job location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
