Overview

Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure adherence to McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Set restaurant goals with the restaurant leader and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead Department Managers, setting their own goals, monitoring progress, and coaching to improve performance.
- Manage all people processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivation.
- Make critical business decisions around inventory, budgets, food ordering, and cost control.
- Maintain high food safety and guest and employee safety standards.
- Oversee operational needs, including maintenance plans, to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
- Strong customer‑service and support focus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Decision‑making ability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous General Manager experience preferred; otherwise consider other positions such as Department Manager or Shift Leader.
