Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Oberlin, OH. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on technical execution role responsible for website management, video production and editing, written content support, and marketing analytics. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works in close collaboration with the Marketing Assistant and cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized when balancing multiple projects.

Responsibilities Website Management
  • Maintains the company Word Press website, including structure, backend and content updates, technical enhancements and broken link fixes
  • Manage updates across product pages, careers, news, and other key website sections
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal teams to ensure product accuracy, brand consistency, and customer-friendly site experience
  • Executes SEO updates including on-page elements like metadata, tags, and keyword integration to support search visibility and rankings
  • Maintains the digital catalog app used on RSM iPads, ensuring product data, branding, and user experience are consistent and up to date
Content Production - Video
  • Collaborates with the Director of Marketing to align video content with overall digital media strategy, messaging, and brand tone
  • Coordinates the capture and organization of visual content from customer visits and internal projects; leverages field teams to collect footage when appropriate
  • Edits video content to align with brand and strategy
  • Owns and manages Adept Ag's You Tube channel, including uploads, SEO metadata, thumbnails, and performance reporting
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Assistant on video distribution to social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok)
  • Ensures all video content is brand-aligned, current, and optimized for cross-channel use (website, social media, etc.)
  • Maintains the central photo/video library, ensuring content is accessible, properly labeled, and stored for Sales and Marketing use
Content Production - Written & Email
  • Supports content development for articles, case studies and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Assists with email campaign creation and copywriting in Hub Spot, including drafting copy, building emails, and supporting workflow setup
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitors and analyzes performance data across Google Analytics, You Tube Analytics, and Hub Spot
  • Develops and maintains monthly KPI reports to track marketing performance and inform strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or similar
  • B2B experience (manufacturing, agriculture, horticulture, or industrial preferred)
  • Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and working videography/photography skills
  • Website management experience in Word Press, including content updates, backend collaboration, and minimal coding (HTML, CSS)
  • Hub Spot experience preferred; experience with similar platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and You Tube Analytics
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
