• Full Time - Scheduled for 36 Weekly Hours
• Rotating Weekend/Holiday availability required
• Primary Shift Time - Evenings/Nights

• Responds to routine transport requests and emergency 911 calls.
• Assist as needed to secure the accident scene.
• Determine the nature and extent of illness/injury, establish priority for required emergency care and render such care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Establish radio communications as required with a medical facility.
• Complete run reports detailing patient care.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assure that equipment has been replaced and that vehicles are in proper operating condition.
• Perform various duties and patient care activities in the Emergency Room under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
• Assist on nursing units as requested.
• Promote the institution's philosophy, mission, and values during all interactions with patients, families, staff and others.

• High school education or equivalency preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic program with a current State of Ohio license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Must have a State of Ohio driver license with a driving record which permits insurability under the hospital's insurance coverage.
