This role ensures project documentation, scheduling, procurement tracking, and communication workflows are organized and accurate. The Project Manager plays a critical role in keeping projects on track by supporting timelines, managing records, coordinating field activities, and maintaining communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities:
Project Administration & Coordination
- Maintain project files, schedules, and documentation in project management software
- Assist in developing and updating project timelines and status reports
- Track deliverables, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas and capture meeting notes/action items
- Assist with purchase order creation and tracking
- Coordinate material deliveries with vendors and field teams
- Track lead times and support inventory coordination
- Monitor equipment shipments and update project schedules accordingly
- Serve as administrative liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers
- Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders
- Support preparation of client-facing status reports
- Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and project documentation
- Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing or business field
- 3+ years of Excel and Microsoft platforms
- 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, construction support, or technical office experience
- Experience in construction, automation, manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial environments preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling or project tracking tools preferred
- Valid driver's license (required for work-related travel)
- Effectively communicate with project stakeholders
- Effective conflict resolution
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Flexible and focused under changing conditions
- Remain calm under pressure and focus on completing every detail
- Accountable for mistakes and accomplishments
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in Smartsheet and/or Salesforce is highly recommended but not required. Salary Range: $60k-$70k per year
