You will lead and coach a food retail team to deliver strong availability, service, and commercial performance.

You will manage daily shop floor operations, setting standards and leading by example.

You will take responsibility for stock availability, sales performance, and team capability.

This is a hands on leadership role, not a back office position.

This is a full time, permanent role based in store.
