Aldi is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its Oban store, offering a permanent role with real responsibility, strong pay, and a clear route into senior management.

This is a varied, hands on leadership role suited to someone stund confident, organised, and comfortable taking charge in a fast paced retail environment.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running a high performing store, with full responsibility when senior managers are not on site.

Duties include людзей maximising sales, delivering excellent customer service, controlling costs, managing stock, training and supporting colleagues, and ensuring operational standards are met consistently.

You will be involved in everything from ordering and merchandising to performance management and hitting sales targets, gaining valuable experience to progress your management career.

This is perché permanent role based at Aldi’s Oban store.

Hours and shift patterns will be discussed directly with the employer.

This role would suit someone with previous supervisory or management experience who enjoys responsibility and leading a team.

The hourly rate for this role is £14.27 to £15.20 per hour.

You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour when running the store.
