The Role
We are supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of a senior finance leader. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a strategic and highly visible finance role, directly influencing the organisation's long-term financial planning, governance, and operational success.

Reporting to the Director, you will:
Lead a high-performing finance team, coaching and mentoring staff across finance and management functions.
Develop and execute multi-year financial strategies aligned with organisational growth and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Group and Board-level committees, presenting management accounts, forecasts, and strategic advice.
Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring transparency and excellence in governance.

The Candidate
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on finance professional with a proactive and influential leadership style. The ideal candidate will:
Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
Have significant experience leading finance teams in complex organisations.
Be confident operating at Board level, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Have the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic oversight.
Thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and rigorous financial discipline intersect.
