As a Summer Student IT QA Automation, you will have the chance to contribute to real-world projects and help build innovative software applications. You will work with a talented team of developers to design, code, test, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the IT QA Automation development and testing of software applications

Bring fresh ideas and suggest improvements to software where necessary

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Collaborate with team members on project design and implementation

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development practices

Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Help with the documentation of software features and processes

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program

Familiarity with programming languages such as .Net, Python, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS

Familiarity with Software testing and Test automation

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Familiarity with databases (SQL, No

SQL)

Exposure to agile development methodologies

Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques

Duration
May to August, 4 months

Total Direct Compensation
17.50 - 22.50

Any pay range is in $CAD
