Scheduler and Installation Coordinator

Location:

Oakville, ON

Base pay range: CA $29.00/hr - CA $33.00/hr

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Find solutions to problems in collaboration with others.
• Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates of U.S. machines with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts, and logistics.
• Communicate service status to customers in a timely manner with empathy and compassion; provide daily updates by telephone.
• Ensure all necessary resources (technician, tools, etc.) are available at the right place at the right time.
• Maintain the regional installation Synchro board for the service region.
• Maintain regional KPI’s of Synchro installation times, customer satisfaction rates, response times to customers, etc.
• Collaborate closely with product centers, engineering, and other process owners in technical service.
• Maintain good relations with customers, field service engineers, service managers, and other personnel.
• Assist Regional Service Managers in evaluating field service engineers' technical and soft skills for accurate assignments and entry into a skills matrix.
• Coordinate daily with Regional Service Managers on the location of field service and installation engineers.
• Travel 10% based on training and customer needs.

• 3-4 years of scheduling or coordination experience.
• Understanding or educational background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
