Plumber

• Maintain, repair and replace sinks, showers, toilets, water coolers, ice machines, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain, repair and replace chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in AHUs, hot water heating equipment such as radiant heating panels, unit heaters and fan coils, and water treatment piping system for RO water, soft water and de‑ionized water.
• Maintain, repair and replace patient care related plumbing equipment/fixtures such as sterilizers, water cooled machineries, macerators, etc.
• Replace washers, faucets, and broken pipes.
• Perform preventative maintenance to fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, etc.
• Unplug sink, toilet, roof drains, floor drains and clear any drainage piping such as glass pipes, PVC pipes, or cast‑iron pipes.
• Repair and replace fixtures and fittings.
• Adhere to the department’s established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties consistent with the job classification, as and as assigned by the Manager.

• Mandatory:
  Certificate of Qualification for Plumber, ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Minimum:
  Must be physically able to do the job, demonstrated technical skills.
