Position: Freight Broker / Sales Agent – High Commission, No Cap (Hybrid)

Overview

Loadify is a growing freight brokerage based in Oakville, ON
, operating alongside an established asset-based trucking business. We focus on strong execution, reliable carrier relationships, and long-term shipper partnerships, not only transactional spot freight.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for experienced freight sales professionals who want real upside, autonomy, and strong operational support.

This role is not entry-level and is not a training position. Prior freight brokerage or logistics sales experience is required.

The Role

This is a commission-only sales role for experienced freight brokers or sales agents
.

You will be responsible for bringing on and growing shipper accounts
.

We handle operations, carrier sourcing, credit, and execution
, allowing you to focus strictly on selling and account growth.

This is a hybrid role
. While flexibility is available, we strongly prefer reps who want to spend 2–3 days per week working from our Oakville office to collaborate closely with ops, pricing, and leadership. Flexibility increases with performance.

Compensation
  • Commission-only (no base salary)
  • 40%–50% of gross margin
    , based on experience and book
  • No commission caps
  • Earnings paid on collected revenue

This role is intended for professionals who are confident in their ability to produce and are seeking uncapped earnings
, not guaranteed pay.

  • Prospect, close, and manage shipper accounts
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Grow margin and repeat business
  • Own and scale your book of business
