What You Will Do In This Role- Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards for food quality and plating specifications
- Drive knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship
- Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial workplace safety standards
- Support your Chef and develop your teammates
- Be a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence
- Be responsible for timely progress through the Leadership Certification Program, and continued learning and development over time, as required
- Open to learning, coaching and career growth
- Bonus points for Diploma in Culinary Management and /or Chef Accreditation
- Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen
- Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
- To be driven and focused and execute with excellence
- Inspirational and motivational skills
- $60,000 - $80,000
