About You: You are a proactive and detail‑oriented supply chain professional with a passion for supporting innovation in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. With a background in biomedical or electro‑mechanical manufacturing, you excel at managing demand and production planning, inventory and warehousing, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. You are skilled at coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, navigating ERP systems, and driving process improvements to enhance both efficiency and compliance.

Your analytical mindset, ability to manage a diverse portfolio of materials and collaborative approach make you a trusted partner across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support demand plan
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper balance of raw materials and finished goods is maintained
• Establish and manage Master data and setup for new product development and design transfer
• Plan and execute prototype and production planning and assembly execution to schedule
• Drive continuous improvement in overall planning processes

• Set inventory levels and procure raw materials, components, and services to support reliable production
• Analyze data to determine capacity and identify potential production delays
• Evaluate production performance and adjust production schedules as needed
• Work with manufacturing leadership and procurement to plan purchasing and production, minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence while reducing carrying costs
