Shift: Weekend Day Shift Friday–Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
What You Will Do- Perform own manual set‑ups by positioning and aligning tooling per set‑up instructions using CNC programming language (G codes).
- Maintain tolerances by observing operation and making necessary machine offset adjustments, cutter changes and self‑inspection (OSV‑Operator Self Verification).
- Document actions in support of quality logs, communicate all discrepancies in machining to supervision and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required.
- Perform work from set‑up sheets, manufacturing sheets and drawings.
- Support and promote continuous improvement, 5S activities and Standard Work Development in the cell.
- Multi‑task and operate other machines within the cell.
- Can fully achieve the responsibilities of the position within a training time of 6‑8 weeks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, with a minimum of 5 years of Millturn and/or Mill/Lathe machining experience.
- Experience utilizing measuring equipment in support of quality requirements.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience with Renishaw probe and probe cycles.
- The selected candidate has to be eligible to work in Canada; must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
- Certificate of Qualification (C of Q).
- Verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Demonstrated ability to operate and use an overhead crane in a safe manner.
- Experience with TMAC adaptive control.

Salary Range: 68,555 CAD – 94,359 CAD
