Hours:

Friday – Sunday, 6:00 p.m. – :00 a.m.

What You Will Do

• Deburr, polish, file, and clean landing gear components to drawing specifications.
• Occasionally support robotic deburring processes.
• Perform operator self‑verification (OSV) to support quality initiatives.
• Operate overhead cranes to move large parts.
• Participate actively in LEAN and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support rework and surface finishing parts as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications We Require

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Labor experience or manufacturing experience.
• Eligible to work in Canada and meet ITAR and CCGP requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Demonstrated ability to work to exact drawing specifications (Dimensional & Finish).
• Previous experience deburring titanium.
• Ability to read and follow instructions from production order cards and manufacturing process sheets.
• Ability to read micrometers/verniers; prior deburr experience.
• Experience using Matrix and interpreting MPS/APS.
• Strong team player with verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to train, multi‑task, and operate other processes in the cell.
• Mold and/or die polishing experience.
