Director, Wellness Brands

The Director, Wellness Brands is the strategic marketing leader for Hydroxycut and Purely Inspired brands. This individual is responsible for P&L delivery, brand equity growth, omnichannel performance, pricing strategy, and consumer engagement. The role is ideal for a business‑minded brand leader with a data‑first approach and strong commercial instincts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of brand development and in‑market execution for Hydroxycut and Purely Inspired across retail, DTC, social commerce, and digital channels.
  • Own and manage full P&L, inventory forecasts, margin performance, and budget planning.
  • Direct omnichannel pricing strategy, campaign planning, and content alignment.
  • Build brand health and equity through awareness, community engagement, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain detailed marketing calendars aligned with retailer windows and seasonal cycles.
  • Utilize insights, research, and analytics to drive message optimization, campaign testing, and market prioritization.
  • Lead and mentor a brand team (2–3 direct reports), providing structure and ownership for portfolio growth.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with sales, operations, finance, DTC and creative to ensure brand success across touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of brand marketing experience within CPG, wellness, or health‑focused consumer categories.
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability and inventory management capability.
  • Proven ability to grow brand market share and consumer retention in omnichannel environments with depth of experience in digital channels.
  • Strong financial acumen, budget management and performance orientation.
  • Hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools, marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong understanding of content performance metrics and consumer engagement strategies.
