PositionCommercial Insurance Marketer II

As a Commercial Insurance Marketer II, a typical day might include:
- Liaising with Practice Group members to discuss client needs and make recommendations regarding terms and conditions obtained
- Providing ongoing servicing as required
- Preparing and/or reviews submissions to insurers
- Creating and following up on abeyances and documentation requests
- Collaborating with account teams, underwriters, and markets
- Acting as technical support to staff for policy coverage and company underwriting information needs, including policy wording review/comparison and review of contract & lease agreements
- Adhering to the Group Marketing workflow
- Attending client meetings, as required
- Monitoring Broking Inbox and responds to inquiries
- Working closely with direct supervisor to ensure placements align with marketing strategy
- Assisting with Product Development, as directed
- Providing friendly, professional service

- Working behind the scenes to ensure an exceptional customer experience … YOU know that the customer expects excellence … and so do you!
- 5+ years Commercial insurance experience
- Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO license) is required for this role
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations, considered an asset
- Post-Secondary Degree, considered an asset
- Experience using Epic broker management system, considered an asset
- Cyber security knowledge and experience
- Experience using Epic broker management system an asset
