Geotab is seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager who will play a vital role in driving the success of strategic customer‑facing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product pilots and implementations to drive greater product adoption across key industry segments. The projects will vary in scope, complexity, and affected business area.

As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager, your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience. You will be responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management while providing leadership to the project team. You will need to work closely with internal and external resources, business stakeholders within a cross‑functional matrix environment, and various levels of the organization.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, customer‑obsessed self‑starter with strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills. You must have the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations while working creatively in a problem‑solving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities.

You should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable in a flat organization, with the ability to establish best practices, templates, and tools to mature organizational capabilities.

Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management for the project.

Support all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities.

Provide leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.

Define project goals and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.

Define high‑level work plans, key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks.
