We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. You will be building, deploying, and maintaining our loan processing and servicing infrastructure on GCP. You ll leverage your Dev Ops expertise and deep understanding of GCP services to automate processes, ensure high availability, and drive continuous improvement within our Dev Ops environment.

• Design, develop, and implement automated build, deployment, and testing pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure on GCP, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud SQL.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Configure and manage security best practices in GCP, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud Key Management Service (KMS).
• Monitor system health and performance using tools like Cloud Monitoring and Stackdriver Error Reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and security professionals to ensure seamless integration between development, operations, and security.
• Proactively identify and implement performance improvements and cost optimization strategies for our GCP environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP services and best practices, and continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Dev Ops Engineer, with a proven track record of success in a financial services environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud security best practices and familiarity with IAM and KMS on GCP.
• Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks.
• Experience with Git Ops workflows.
