Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Manage, mentor, and guide recruiters and sourcers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote our employer brand.
- Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes.
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ in a lead or senior role.
- Strong track record hiring engineers, developers, and product professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of current tech hiring trends and best practices.
Working onsite from our local Oakville office.
Working hours:
10am to 5pm.
