Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking and process improvement, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit.
** Financial Controlling, Reporting & Analysis
**** Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
*** Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L, and New Orders.
* Updating forecasts and preparing variance commentary for NAM HQ and local Finance leadership.
* Collaborating with various functional teams to ensure integrated and accurate budget inputs.
* Monitoring performance against budget/forecast and supporting proactive investigations into deviations.
* Preparing budget and forecast presentations for Headquarters.
** Audit, Compliance & Policy Support
*** Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and participating in audit meetings.
* Contributing to the implementation and improvement of financial policies, standards, and business processes.
* Supporting adoption of new accounting policies or process changes impacting reporting.
** Digitalization, Tools & Process Improvement
*** Supporting development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to improve financial transparency and decision‑making.
* Identifying and supporting implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
* Supporting corporate initiatives and cross‑functional projects, applying an “outside the box” mindset.
** Ad‑Hoc & Operational Support
** The expected Compensation for this position is: $73,000-$104,500

Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
