• Lead full‑cycle payroll for the Canadian team using ADP, with support from Workday and Dayforce.
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and company policies.
• Audit payroll, resolve discrepancies, and prepare year‑end T4s and RL‑1s.
• Prepare and audit monthly journal entries and accruals with Finance.
• Supervise one direct report and mentor payroll staff.
• Support payroll projects, identify process improvements, and provide payroll guidance to employees and management.

• University or college graduate in any field.
• Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation – required.
• Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll experience, including 2 + years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation.
• Experience with ADP;
  Workday and Dayforce is an asset.
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative.

12 months, full‑time; remote flexibility with Oakville, Ontario location.

Canada pay range: $90,000–$100,000 CAD. Base salary varies by experience, skills, and location. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and annual bonus program.
