In this highly visible and dynamic role, you will lead the Project & Order Management team in Grid Technology Service (GT SV) Canada. Together with your team, your responsibilities include strategically managing contracts while driving continuous improvements, considering full P&L responsibility for the projects itionally, you will build on collaboration with other Execution Units and Functions, actively contribute to growth strategy and make Grid Technologies Service a value creator for the Business Area, adding strong value to customers and driving long term relationships.

• You are the key figure when it comes to leading and guiding the Project & Order Management team and effectively delivering strategic and/or highly complex sold projects in Canada.
• You manage stakeholders, project schedules, delivery scope, required services, and all other execution-related activities according to defined Project Management standards and customer requirements to guarantee Service success in Canada.
• You provide comprehensive lessons learned from ongoing or finalized projects to improve overall processes and strategy.
• You feed insights into the Service organization to guarantee constant portfolio improvement and customer‑centricity.
• You adequately report on project status and development in required internal forums.
• You support the constant improvement of Project Management processes based on market feedback and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, power engineering, electrical engineer, or comparable technical education (equivalent experience may substitute educational requirements).
• 10+ years of experience and proven success record in similar roles
• Technical experience in the energy industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with international team members and customers in English and French (Preferred). Creativity, ability to work in a team and an honest and open personality
• 25% travel

This job is based in Ontario, Canada. Siemens Energy offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness, paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position is $99,000-$141,000.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
