Associate Advance Manufacturing Engineer

We are hiring an Associate Advance Manufacturing Engineer for our Oakville Kerr Street Location.
Main Responsibilities:
Quickly diagnose and determine causal explanation for defects and failures occurring inprototype and early production builds. Develop and maintain machine and tooling standards. Candidate will work closely with our suppliers to ensure safety, quality and capability oftooling and equipment and will be responsible for final equipment and tooling buy-off. Act as a technical resource and support to all Thermal Products manufacturing plants.
Qualifications:
Experience with Shainin Red X or The New Science of Fixing things an asset. Strong Team Player with excellent communications skills. Ability to use MSProject/AutoCAD /Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Legal ability to travel, primarily in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
