Field Service Team Lead

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this highly visible and dynamic role, you will lead the Field Service team in Grid Technology Service (GT SV) Canada. Together with your team, your responsibilities include overseeing and supporting all Field Service crews while driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you will build on collaboration with other Execution Units and Functions, actively contribute to growth strategy and make Grid Technologies Service a value creator for the Business Area, adding strong value to customers and driving long‑term relationships.

• You are the key figure when it comes to leading, guiding and supporting the Field Service crews and crew leads.
• You are the key figure when it comes to effectively coordinating and /or delivering the execution of highly critical and strategic projects in Canada.
• You manage stakeholders, project schedules, delivery scope, required services, and all other execution‑related activities in collaboration with the Project & Order Management team to guarantee Service success in Canada.
• You provide comprehensive lessons learned from ongoing or finalized projects to improve overall processes and strategy.
• You feed insights into the Service organization to guarantee constant portfolio improvement and customer‑centricity.
• You adequately report on project status and development in required internal forums.
• You support the constant improvement of Field Service processes based on market feedback and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering, power engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable technical education (equivalent experience may substitute educational requirements).
• 10+ years of experience and proven success record in similar roles.
• Technical experience in the energy industry.
• Previous at‑site experience as Field Technician, TFA, and/or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international team members and customers in English and French (Preferred).
• Creativity, ability to work in a team and an honest and open personality.
