Education
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of diploma/degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Development/Quality/Program/Manufacturing Engineering in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Availability to travel within North American region.

- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Six-Sigma Training (Black Belt or Green Belt Certification), demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support quick decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $85 000- $ 135 000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
