Description
Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leaders to select, structure, improve and execute capital projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.

• Lead and oversee civil engineering execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Plan and direct civil engineering personnel deployment, ensuring sufficient resources for project demands.
• Coordinate technical activities across all civil engineering functions to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure timely preparation, review, and approval of civil engineering deliverables.
• Oversee development of technical documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate civil engineering activities to maintain scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to address technical challenges and optimize execution strategies.
• Monitor fabrication and construction phases to ensure alignment with civil engineering design requirements.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is considered an asset.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in lead civil engineering capacity within large-scale capital projects.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, engineering best practices, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, project management tools, and industry-standard methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The salary range is $142,400 - $175,300 CAD annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
