We are a family in Oakville, Canada, seeking a dedicated and nurturing AMI-certified Montessori guide to provide a warm, respectful, and thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment and support the early development of our 8-month-old infant daughter within our home. We have two more daughters (5 and
8) and a dog.

• Design and maintain a Montessori-aligned home environment.
• Provide daily care with an emphasis on independence, abundance, respect, and child-led exploration.
• Introduce age-appropriate Montessori materials and activities.
• Support natural language development, movement, and practical life skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones and development.

• AMI Diploma (Assistants to Infancy 0–3, or Primary 3–6 with infant/toddler experience).
• Previous experience working with infants/toddlers in Montessori settings.
• Warm, patient, and respectful approach with children.
• Strong communication skills with parents.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s license.
• Must love dogs.
• Accommodation can be provided for live-in arrangements.
• Support with Home Child Care Provider Pilot (if needed).
• Paid vacation and holidays.
