As a Service & Scheduling Coordinator for our Oakville branch, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Service Technicians and customers by scheduling service calls, managing work orders, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

This is an administrative and coordination-focused role, well suited for someone who is highly comfortable with technology and eager to work in a modern service environment as we transition to a new service management system.
What your day will look like- Coordinating and scheduling service calls to meet customer needs
- Acting as a primary point of contact for customers and Service Technicians
- Preparing and maintaining work orders, purchase orders, and service documentation
- Ensuring tools, equipment, and subcontractors are arranged ahead of service visits
- Processing invoicing accurately and supporting timely customer payment
- Supporting branch operations and participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong administrative and computer skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Calm and professional when handling urgent or time-sensitive requests
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software to support the rollout of our service platform
- Comfortable working in-office, Monday to Friday
- Salary range: $50,000-$55,000, based on experience, skills and internal equity
