Service Receptionist / Concierge
This is a Full-Time, Monday to Friday position!

Our Service Receptionist plays acriticalrole in the success ofour Service Department, andisone of the first points of contact for our clientsarriving for service as well. This is a high-volume busy dealership, and yet we go to great lengths to make each customer feel acknowledged & appreciated, with engaged, personalized service. As our Service Receptionist, you are somewhat of a nucleus for the Service Department:
- Greet customers arriving, providing UBER or other transportation services as appropriate
- Finding ways to accomodate Client preferences and requests when possible
- Listening, and being a resource to refer clients to the best resources available internally
- Fielding enquiries at the Service Reception Desk,
- Liasoning with other stakeholders in the Sales & Service Departments, finding the right person to referclients to
- Handling Client payments, including handling keys & payment info entered into our Service Kiosk for after-hours options forour clients
- Arranging loaner vehicles for some clients, liasoning with lot staff for proper check-ins of returned loaner vehicles, handling vehicle rental contracts, collecting driver payment information
- monitoring and administrating all UBER rides in the system on a daily basis, communications with UBER services when there are issues
- liason with accounting department to manage fuel receipts, office supplies, etc.

- Experience with computers and automotive an asset, but not required
