## Customer Experience & Technology Intern Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 2, 2025, until August 14, 2025.  This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office.  The hours for this program are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm. As a
** Customer Experience & Technology Intern**, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that transform the way customers interact with our brand. Here’s what you’ll tackle:
** Customer Experience Process & Journey Mapping
** Learn and apply customer experience design principles. Work with the team to deliver innovative updates to our Customer Care Portal. Put your coding skills to use with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Gain experience managing a top-tier Shopify store.
** Who You Are
** Has a passion for customer experience, technology, and innovation. Has basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus points if you’ve worked with Shopify or similar platforms!).Hands-on experience with CX tools and technologies, including Salesforce. A chance to showcase your coding skills and learn from experienced mentors.

Real-world experience managing eCommerce platforms and customer-facing solutions.
* The opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact our customers.

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
