Requirements:
* NJ Special Education Certification
* Strong content knowledge in Language Arts (NJ Middle School Language Arts Certification)
* Ability to work in a collaborative teaching environment
* Ability to meet individual needs of diverse learners, differentiate instruction, and work collaboratively with educational team
* Strong knowledge of child growth and development
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* NJ Criminal Background Check and CPR/AED Certification
Effective Date:
On or about September 1, 2026
Salary:
Following the established OEA Salary Guide, ranging from $66,629 to $112,830 ~ to be prorated.
Benefits:
In accordance with the established OEA Agreement, full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal, and Vacation Days are included.
