Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 1, 2026 until August 14, 2026. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an Accounting Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of accounting while working closely with our experienced accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

• Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

• Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and receivable.

• Conducting basic financial analysis and research as needed.

• Helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

• Participating in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
