Psychiatrist

• Fully Outpatient
• Adult Psychiatry
• Assess, maintain, and improve the mental health status of individuals in the communities
• Health and Wellness Services provides a variety of office-based, outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services
• Family-based counseling
• Group therapy
• Individual psychotherapy
• Substance-use disorder counseling
• Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
