Overview

Office Manager for Emergency Medicine/Hospital Medicine/Intensivist departments. Organize office operations, maintain records, manage special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily office procedures to support physicians and advanced practice professionals.
  • Maintain department records and manage special projects.
  • Answer telephones, screen calls, take detailed messages and provide information as needed.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Maintain up-to-date phone log for staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of administrative or healthcare administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates Degree.
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in a medical office setting.
