Position: Administrative Assistant I

What You Will Do

We have an opportunity for a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Orlando team. This person will support the daily operations of the Orlando office.

Responsibilities
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.
  • Assist with processing and tracking change orders to ensure timely updates.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Maintain and coordinate weekly workload planner in Excel.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role
Skills And Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
