The Role

As an Operation Service Concierge, you are at the heart of the airport experience—playing a vital role in ensuring aircrafts are handled with care, precision, and a focus on safety. From guiding aircraft into the gate to loading baggage and supporting international procedures, your attention to detail helps create a seamless, on-time operation. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining aircraft cleanliness, servicing lavatories, restocking essential items, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Day In The Life

As an OSC, your day begins with energy and precision. Your contributions directly support flight schedules and enhance the travel experience. You’ll:

  • Marshal aircraft and wing walk with confidence and vigilance to ensure safe ground movement.
  • Position and reposition aircraft to maximize operational efficiency and ramp utilization.
  • Handle baggage and freight with care, ensuring timely loading, unloading, sorting, and delivery, always prioritizing our Customers’ needs.
  • Support international operations by ensuring all Customs protocols are properly followed and documented.
  • Contribute to ramp safety with routine FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks, keeping our work environment clean and hazard-free.
  • Pitch in wherever needed – cleaning aircraft, restocking supplies, and assisting with Customer experience touchpoints.

Required Experience
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
  • Ability to drive and operate ground equipment i.e. LEKTRO/aircraft tug, belt loaders, baggage carts, etc.
  • Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
  • Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of ramp experience
Skills, Licenses, & Certifications
  • Current and valid Driver’s license required.
Pay & Perks

Compensation is $20.00/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
